Mera Pehla Vote Desh Ke Liye
The IndSearch Institute of Management Studies and Research conducted the “Mera Pehla Vote Desh Ke Liye” campaign from 2nd March to 6th March 2024, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of youth participation in voting.
As part of the campaign, an informative film was shown, emphasizing the significance of youth engagement in the democratic process. The film highlighted the potential impact young voters can have on shaping the nation’s future.
A pledge-taking ceremony was organized, with 71 students participating and committing to being responsible and informed voters. The pledge underscored the individual’s role in building a strong democracy through active participation in the electoral process.
Recognizing the influence of social media, the campaign encouraged students to create reels on the theme “Mera Pehla Vote Desh Ke Liye.” These reels, showcasing creativity and passion for civic engagement, were shared on social media platforms to amplify the campaign’s reach.
As a part of the campaign, students shared their views and experiences. Many expressed the importance of voting, their newfound understanding of the democratic process, and the potential impact of their participation in the electoral process.
