Placement Cell
We provide placement assistance to the Postgraduate students in coordination with the placement teams of all the Masters Programmes. The batch of 2005 has found placements in MBT, Synechron Technologies, Kanbay, P&O Nedlloyd, Patni Computers, Persistent Systems, Capsilon, HCC, Parle Agro, Universal Spices, Canbank Mutual Funds, ICICI, to name a few.

At Indsearch, we aim to make successful professionals who can balance their corporate responsibility along with their social commitments.

In addition to the prescribed curriculum, we provide several additional inputs to the students. Additional input modules on Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD), Interpersonal Skills, Foreign Languages and Intellectual Property Rights groom students professionally. Guest lectures by experts from the various functional areas of management are also arranged for the students. Students are also exposed to workshops on Presentation Skills and Negotiation Skills.
Indsearch students to take up internships with corporates to get hands-on experience about management practices in organizations.

A placement brochure giving detailed information about the Institute, its courses, the student profile and the unique aspects of each of the courses is prepared and sent to various corporates. Students go for brochure presentations with prior appointments and invite organizations to the campus for placements.
