IndSearch and Joshi Hospital sign and MOU for Health Care facility of IndSearchians.

The MOU Signing ceremony took place at the IndSearch on Wednesday 19 th July 2006 . The ceremony was attended by Dr. Ajit Ranade -Eminent Orthopedic Surgeon and Trustee Maharashtra Medical Foundation which runs the Joshi Hospital and the Ratna Memorial Hospital , Dr. Mrs. Priya Parab Chief Administrative Officer Joshi Hospital , and Mrs. Mahajan -Marketing Manager

Joshi Hospital . Director IndSearch Dr. Ashok Joshi, trustee Mr. K B Varnekar and Associate Dean Prof Sunita Joshi participated in the signing ceremony.

On this occasion, Dr. Joshi addressed the students and explained to them the various aspects of this MOU covering the three major components namely

  • OPD Facility for Students, Faculty and Administrative staff on two days in a week at Joshi Hospital
  • Cashless Hospitalization up to Rs. 25000 for students in case of any emergency
  • Health Awareness Lecture Series by eminent doctors from Joshi Hospital for Prevention of illness.

Dr Ajit Ranade termed this MOU as a "Memorandum of Friendship " instead of being mere professionals a doctor needs to be a friend in need.

Dr Mrs. Priya Parab welcomed the initiative taken by IndSearch and assured the cooperation of Joshi Hospital for making this programme IndSearchian friendly.

IndSearch Faculty Prof Aparna Tembulkar proposed the Vote of Thanks.
