Our library contains more than 14,500 contemporary volumes on wide ranging subjects and global current news. It subscribes to over 150 top journals published in India and abroad.

Wired to the Future
IndSearch, together with IndSearch - ACME (Advanced Computing and Management CentrE), has its own well-equipped high-tech Computer Labs with a total of 120+ Computers. IBM PCs (P-lV) with 256 MB RAM, printers along with IBM X206 EServer, IBM Netfinity Server and latest peripherals, provide a multitasking environment in LAN, UNIX, Linux, Windows 2000 and Windows XP where students work with state-of-the-art software such as Oracle, Visual Basic, Java, .Net, SPSS Package and Internet.

IndSearch ACME
IndSearch ACME, a division of IndSearch Society, has been set up as a training centre for training in advanced computing and management. Equipped with a computer laboratory consisting of high-end hardware and software, ACME conducts value adding and high-end courses for management students on a variety of current techniques such as Advanced Java Applications, Web Technologies, Data Modelling, Unix, VB, Oracle, D2K and Networking.

 

Biodiversity Campus at Bavdhan

IndSearch is developing its campus at Bavdhan, Pune. In developing this campus, IndSearch demonstrates its commitment towards nature and environment and the creation of this Biodiversity Campus is a step forward in that direction.

Biodiversity is just one of the aspects of the various initiatives that IndSearch intends to start here. A key concept behind having such a campus is to take education beyond the confines of the classroom. Providing a holistic education amidst the environs of nature. The Educational Campus and IndSearch Biodiversity Campus here at Bavdhan are being developed on the guidelines of achieving the global goal of sustainable development by addressing the triple bottom line, i.e., a development that addresses EVERYONE, ENVIRONMENT and ECONOMICS. In short, a development that is socially acceptable, environmentally friendly and economically viable.

IndSearch has always been sensitive towards social and environmental issues. The concept of a biodiversity campus is just a natural extension of this concern. IndSearch is dedicated and committed to developing management professionals who will contribute to building a vibrant economy and caring society. This new campus will take this concept one step further by making the students environmentally sensitive, which is the need of the hour.
The IndSearch Biodiversity Campus is home to a number of diverse life forms. There are several indigenous species of flora and fauna that require protection for regeneration. It essentially will be developed as a centre for various activities related to sports and creativity. Thus, courts for games like Basketball, Volleyball, Jogging Track are established at this campus. Amphitheatre is constructed using a slope, which will serve as a space for the students to display their creativity and innovation.

Eventually we would like to develop this as a Centre for Creativity and Nature where visitors can spend time in exploring during their stay at the campus. All proposed development at his Campus will retain all the unique features of the terrain and provide a sylvan and serene ARANYA for students to pursue extra-curricular activities. This campus will be a balm for the body, mind and soul and will provide holistic education and nurture the overall development of the students.
